Daedalus: cunningly wrought
Daedalus is considered a mythical hero, of Athenian origin, attributed indiscriminately with all primitive architectural and sculptural works of art. Architecture, sculptor, engineer innovator and father of Icarus, Daedalus is mentioned by Homer as the creator of Labyrinth, in which the Minotaur was kept. The mythical essence of Daedalus is a symbolic source of inspiration for the brand development and package design.
DEDALOS olive oil comes from private olive groves of the Coronean variety from the Achaia municipality of Peloponnese. The olive groves in this region provide high quality signature olive oil from varieties cultured for centuries in these soils. The Coronean variety has been accredited as the best worldwide, producing excellent olive oil.
